Workshop Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop if the minimum number of participants is not reached, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergency.
If a workshop is cancelled by us, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their registration to a future workshop.

Participant Cancellations

• More than 7 days before the workshop: You may cancel your registration for a full refund.

• Within 7 days of the workshop: No refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost - please notify us in advance with the replacement participant’s details.

If a waiting list exists, we will make reasonable efforts to fill your spot. If your place is filled, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.

No-Shows
Participants who do not attend a workshop without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email is acceptable).

Product Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact me ASAP if there is a problem. If a return/exchange is agreed upon, items will need to be returned in their original condition within 10 days, and return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
